Set up SWR development environment

To enable a seamless development and deployment process, a server infrastructure to be set up at wetransform and made accessible to all SoilWise development teams.

Consider Containerization

Definition of done:

• Server infrastructure is made available to Soilwise
• Kubernetes cluster has been set up including:
• Keycloak
• hale-connect
• Argo workflows
• MinIO as S3 store
• Longhorn for ReadWriteMany volumes
• Integrated with keycloak for authentication

From our side was set up:

A Kubernetes cluster as test system including:

• A Keycloak instance
• A hale-connect installation including the required infrastructure and monitoring via Prometheus and Grafana

Keycloak can be used to authenticate with hale-connect, but does not yet support authentication via GitHub which is planned to be done in #2

If anyone requires credentials for working with hale-connect or Keycloak please let me know.
Is there a preferred safe way to share credentials within the project?
