Subplan for Visualizer project

I wrote this for discussing about the subplan for Visualizer project in ARTIQ-PROXY.

Summary

This supports the visualizer project in terms of the proxy server.

Goal

Modify the experiment file with several additional functions

To leave logs and generate the vcd file, we should add several codes in the experiment file.
For this, we will implement the follows.

• Support the visualization option.
  Support the visualization option in submission #36
• Save the submission information, i.e., build arguments, priority, etc.
  Save the submission information #42
• Using ast, add necessary statements into the experiment file and save it as another file.
  Modify an experiment to make logs and vcd file #37
• Submit the modified experiment.

• Save the original code into the result directory. (After the experiment is done, the vcd file will be added into this.)
  Support the visualization option in submission #36

Support requests for the result directory and the vcd file

• Like /ls/, send the result directory structure.
  Send the result directory structure #38
• Send the vcd file corresponding to the received RID. (with the original code)
  Send the specific H5 format result file #39

Support editting the experiment code (distant future)

• Enable to edit the code even in IQUIP.
