Figure showing expression, sample metadata & gene annotation

In load-explore-data.Rmd, create a figure showing the relationship between the expression matrix, the sample metadata, and gene annotation. This will be three rectangles with dimensions that match up and labels on all axes. See ~ line 244 in load-explore-data.Rmd.
