Need a better example of setting up letsencrypt on a per-host basis. Recently, using the example that tape 2 gives, it prevented vagrant deployment because the hostname config would not work with vagrant. Also, we're moving to using LE everywhere, so we need to be able to have multiple LE configs. Using group_vars directory with a file for each host solved this problem, but it'd be great to give an example of how to do that after running tape installer install. There may also be a more seamless way of doing this that doesn involve adding a group_vars dir
