New study: data_metrics!

A new data metrics study has just had its 1.0.0 release!

This study implements a lot of the qualifier metrics to allow you to poke and prod at your data.

It includes metrics to characterize the data you have (like c_resources_per_pt which tells you some stats about how many resources each patient has on average) and metrics to validate the data you have (like q_valid_us_core_v4 which tells you how many resources do not meet US Core profile requirements).

This study is in active development and hopefully more metrics will be added over time and existing metrics will be fleshed out even more.
