Add minimal tools to use it for educational purposes

This looks VERY (!) interesting for education. Only very few things would need to be added to make it extremely useful for this purpose:

1. LEDs showing the status of registers, data bus and address bus and the important control signals
2. A slow clock mode (1 Hz)
3. An option to clock the computer manually using a push button
4. Maybe an option for input and output (again with LEDs)
5. Pin heads for all important signals (to watch signals with DSO).

Clearly a masterclass for computer science school!
Isn't the purpose of the emulator?

Would love to see this project become a platform for learning. However the blinkenlights thing what better covered by other guy (see Ben Eater's SAP-1"). This is one step beyond! Slowing down this CPU doesn't make sense, since it won't be able to generate proper VGA any more.
