Error message:

Es konnte nicht von der URL heruntergeladen werden.
Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win64/static/ffmpeg-4.2.2-win64-static.zip

But the URL seems to work from the browser.
