Is your feature request related to a problem?

Now the file name looks like this: 01-01 song_name.mp4 or 03-03 image_name.mp4 and you can't see song number or to what paragraph it belongs to.

Describe the solution you'd like

Generate files with names like this: 01-01 [tag] media_name.mp4

Describe alternatives you've considered

Or maybe like this 01-01 #tag media_name.mp4
