what i did:
copy API related code (and common, shared) over.
set up a new google cloud account: firebase auth, load balancer, api group, firewall policy. export & import the firebase users over.
set up a new supabase instance. dump love related tables (manifoldmarkets/manifold#3503) and re-import them to the new instance.
