OSVR-fusion now passes along timestamp data to OSVR. Choose the timestamp data from either the orientation tracker or the position tracker with the config option "timestamp": "position" or "timestamp": "orientation".

The alignInitialOrientation option has been removed as it is better to set orientation using osvr_reset_yaw. See README for details.
