Large videos won't be send but throw UndeliverableMessageException

Bug description

1. Send a large video
2. Also set HD quality.
3. The video will be trimmed to a part where it is within the size limit.
4. Possibly the Media limit is not updated for the automatically trimmed operation.
5. Sending will fail and throw the UndeliverableMessageException stating the issue is with Size limit.

Expected behavior:

1. Update the limit correctly after trimming
2. Trimming automatically should show a toast.

I have started looking into the code for this issue, please assign this to me.
