Remove login with email / shapeshift mobile wallet support

Overview

We have now disseminated all legacy seed phrases to users who hadn't previously confirmed they had backed up their seeds phrases. we should begin to gradually wind down support for the old mobile wallet / login with email.

There is the possibility that some users might complain so ideally we wrap this behind a flag so if there is something we didn't consider we could re-enable quickly.

Ideally we turn off the flag, wait 30-60 days, and then deprecate the wallets.shapeshift.com APIs as well before tearing down and deleting the databases some time later.
