Is your feature request related to a problem?

I am using a custom cache server (https://github.com/falcondev-oss/github-actions-cache-server) and I need to disable auto updates for the Github Runner (--disableupdate flag).

Is there any way to pass that already?

What solution would you like?

Probably need a checkbox in the UI and pass the flag to configure.sh.

What alternatives have you considered?
