Includes several bug fixes and experimental support for data import / export.

The following issues were addressed in this release:

#22 - Add support for scripting schemas
#20 - Tables with different schemas but the same table name cause failure
#19 - Create Schemas
#16 - SET Statements
#12 - Data export does not work
