The MIT decision post should be two posts, the reason for MIT and the reason for CLA/DCA.

docs: 📝 update MIT license post (#164)

## Description

Removed content on CLA/DCA (see #163) as it didn't belong in here.
Cleaned up the post and matched template with some comparisons to other
licenses.

Closes #38 and closes #6
