Ubuntu 16.04 image is not available anymore with IIoT edge runtime anymore #1

Hi,

Thnks for your work , I tried this lab in 2022 and was not able to run the ARM as the VM image is deprecated,

I found out the solution by deploying Vanila 18.04-LTS and installing IoT edge manually on the VM and connecting to IoT hub,

just for your FYI, it will be nice if you update the README.md and json file or let me know I can raise a pull request for you :)
