* Bump meshapps/centralbrain dependencies up to date
* Propagate 'home' and 'maintainers' to all the charts for linting
* Add repos to .ct.yaml:chart-repos to validate dependencies
  - Drop 'stable' as it is no longer maintained
* Add artifacthub.io metadata to the charts
* meshapps: add 'ci' dir with testing values to enable all apps
* iop: bump cs3org/revad version to v1.2.3
