Export of module as PDF or doc

User story:

As a Fellow I would like to be able to print a module as hard copy hand-outs when I need to do a training in an area with limited internet connection (or simply because I wish to share it).

Solution? Export function for each module into open doc format and/or PDF

@anderspeders would a good print css do it? E.q. you print it and don't get any of the menu structure - just the module?
