Washer and dryer not recognized #1

I've installed the GE Appliances integration and connected with my Smart HQ account. On Home Assistant I only see three of the five appliances that are connected and monitored on the Smart HQ app.
How can I connect the remaining two: the washer and the dryer? I've tried to reload the integration, re-login, refresh, but nothing worked.
Thank you for any hint on how I should fix this.
