Owner can reject rental application

As a car owner, I can deny renting out my car to a person if they do not seem trustworthy, in order to avoid risks.

For this we could change the flow so instead of clicking the rent button and automatically getting the rental, a renter is submitting a "request to rent", which needs to be approved by the owner. Would require handling multiple requests for the same rental
