We have recently removed the out-of-the-box support for the continuations plug-in from the next Scala IDE 4.0 release (scala-ide/scala-ide#617)
I believe this may affect sbt-eclipse, as I pointed out here scala-ide/scala-ide#617 (comment). In theory, the fix should be as simple as removing this hack, but I haven't spent enough time looking at it, hence I may be missing some other place that would need to be updated.
