A problem with protected input box for form

When I enter other languages such as Chinese in the protected input box,By using the up and down arrows, you can see how many characters there are in total, but when I enter a Chinese character, it will prompt that there are three characters instead of one.

This is definitely a bug, though more a bug with Unicode handling than anything else. The form object is not Unicode aware (but this in theory shouldn't be too hard to fix). Thank you for reporting this!
