Test QSV (Intel Quick Sync)

QSV has been added, but I don't have a device up and running to test with.
I need people to use it and let me know how their results are.
If you can upload your logs, that would be great!

Ardeeny sent me an example that I will try soon:

"-c:v hevc_qsv" in "Video - Encode Main Arg - Encoder Type QSV 📼" #for intel igpu/gpu

"-preset medium" in "Video - Encode Main Arg - Quality Setting 📼" # nvenc specific

Things I've removed:

Hey mate,

I've just playing around with your flow and I got to say that it is awesome. Genuinely grateful to you for that. I'm using intel gpu so let me know if youd like me to try anything with that. I literally just copy pasted the flow - disabled all nvec or switched it to qsv and everything seems to be working as intended. I add 2 plugins as well that i think would enhance on the flow a little bit.

1- At the very end I made the flow replace the original file instead of having an output folder. setting test mode to false did not seem to work
2- Added rename plugin to rename the file and its extra's to h265 (srt,nfo etc)

I also copied and pasted the flows, and everything is working well so far. The only issue is with DV HDR, as you mentioned in the input flow. Let me know if you need logging. Thanks for your work!
