internal: benchmark Ingredient creation

On an aside, we should probably have some benchmarks for creating ingredients. I imagine those benchmarks will be useful for benchmarking things like crate graph construction in rust-analyzer. Ingredient creation will likely be uncommon in most day-to-day operations, but it might have an impact on startup.
