JSON_LISTINGS_FEED error 4002005 no header

I am having a big problem with the JSON_LISTINGS_FEED feed type. This is the content of the feed I send:

I had gotten the same error message until i added "charset=UTF-8" to the content_type.
My guess is the file format is an issue, so it cannot processed correctly and it founds no header.
Try verify your json file.

This works for me:

    json_data = BytesIO(inv_data.encode(encoding='utf-8'))
    feed = Feeds(marketplace=Marketplaces.DE, proxies=proxies)
    response = feed.submit_feed('JSON_LISTINGS_FEED', json_data, 'application/json; charset=UTF-8')

I found the problem ! It seems that the error message was related to the limits for sending JSON type feeds. Limits are 10k messages per feed and one feed every 5 minutes. If you exceed these limits Amazon responds with that error message. Absurd!
