Version 1.3

Fixes bug which caused shuffle and repeat radio menu items to not be set to current state on startup.

This should now build against the current release deadbeef.h include file.

Headerbar Plugin v1.1

This is a bugfix release.
The user preference option "Show seekbar" was ignored.

So yes it is about time to do a v1.0.

I still don't have the facilities to do binary releases (in a clean chroot so no library conflicts happen) so I still need some help with that.

But all functionality should work properly at this time.
