Only allow instant payment methods for paying the course fee

I am positive that supporting bank account transfers to pay course fees has only caused confusion and frustration for students because they need access now, not in a week when the payment clears. Having a payment pending also prevents them from paying with a credit card - that's how they interpret the situation.
