Vendor: Update vendored FCL code

This PR:

• Updates the vendored FCL code with elliptic curve math fixes by Nick and minor solidity improvement we proposed converting the public key from uint256[2] calldata to two separate uint256 variables
  Includes:
• Handling Q=-G special case rdubois-crypto/FreshCryptoLib#56
• Fix Inline ec_Dbl in Shamir-Strauss rdubois-crypto/FreshCryptoLib#52
• Accept elementary types for Q rdubois-crypto/FreshCryptoLib#48
