#162 でserver maintenance-infoコマンドが追加されたがv1では実装の都合上、一旦削除されていた。
現在はlibsacloudのnewsfeedパッケージでメンテナンス情報を参照可能になっているためv1に再実装する。

参考: サーバが(メンテが予定されていたら)持っているメンテナンス情報ページのURLから詳細を参照している例
