Security Cookie causes non-Send shared libs (on windows) (when upgrading 0.69 - 0.70)

While updating from 0.69 to 0.70, a windows build broke, stating that *mut usize is not Send.

The problem lies with the windows security cookie, which is a raw pointer member. So I put it in the blocklist_var.

I'm wondering, is there something that recently changed, surfacing this now? I don't think this is in the changelog, or is it?
