All of the Get-AzSubscription, Set-AzContext and Get-AzTenant commands will need to include the -TenantId flag.

Print the Tenant that is being worked on in the command output at the beginning of each Tenant loop.

Gather a list of the current tenants and loop through them to gather all of the subscription data.
