AWS: Add Galactus Storage Summary to S3 data

We need a field that summarizes the storage tiers that Galactus for S3 supports. These are S3 Standard, S3 IA and S3 OneZone. These fields should be called something like RSC_Supported_Tiers_XB. They should appear before the other storage tiers. These fields should be the sum total of the S3 Standard, S3 IA and S3 One Zone tiers for the bucket.
