This is meant to help with #5 and #6 so that we can

Use component change detection to apply text style only when the text style changes.
Not hide away the Timer, Interaction, (and future TextInputContents) components in an insert command in the create system.

This adds a bunch more pub stuff, so I documented everything and forbade missing_docs.
