For github-intro and quarto-website-intro can we get away with only using GitHub via a browser? #4

My impression is that most people (at least in Tværs) would like to avoid working in RStudio or VSCode. Naturally, they haven't tried it before and feel a bit overwhelmed by the thought of it (I think).

We still could decide that it's easier in the long run to work with repos both locally and on GitHub, but we need to make a decision on this.

Also relevant for tutorial-quarto-website-intro, but maybe not tutorial-project-management-intro.

Yes, we want to keep the tutorials only using GitHub.
