Just an option to pass in a folder, and it plays a random file from in that folder

This was on the original list of features but I was on the fence and didn't add it to the roadmap. Sounds like there's demand for it though, so have added it back. Thank you!

@Wobin Foundation work has been laid: ronvoluted/darktide-local-server@b46f30a#diff-a4380a60e64295a1a610e67ba88306f194990260e6b0f56c62efa9aaeefa2bf2

That was the hardest part, next just need to update the DLS mod counterpart then create some utility wrappers in Audio mod.
