This release does have all the features 1.2.0 will have, but it may be unstable/buggy, although there are no known issues.
It would be nice if you create issues for any issue found in this build

• German translations completed
• Pardon command finished
• Config:
  • Notify-Mode 1 or 2 (1: Only ISSUER+CONSOLE+PLAYER, 2: EVERYONE)
• Many bug fixes
