Tabla page intro needs rewording

Tabla page [1] introduction needs rewording. Specifically, the sentence beginning with "This page serves as..." is not entirely accurate. The Tabla page serves not just as a repository for compositions, but a go-to place for anything related to Tabla (for Rishi). This includes software as well as compositions.
