What feature would you like to see included in Rhino Linux?
I personally believe it is time for a refresh on our branding and theming for our installer. Both the background images for the installer, as well as the main content is long overdue an update by this point.

What the final product will look like is up to discussion imo, however I do have some ideas that I would be happy to mock-up and provide later on.

Hello @ajstrongdev ,

I think one of the most essential features would be the secure boot. I think it's needed, as it can make the installation process easier and better for the users.

Additionally, it would be better if users were able to choose their favourite user interface whose themes were customised previously.

Kind regards,

@amirali-dashti

This does not, in any way, relate to this open issue. Please refrain from suggesting features inside of currently open issues and open a feature request that the team can properly evaluate.

This doesn't make the most sense to me, would you be able to rephrase your question? Additionally this also does not seem to relate to the current open issue, please open a proposal on https://github.com/rhino-linux/tracker.

You're absolutely right—I missed some key points in your post. I'll open a separate issue to address them soon.

What I meant is that users should be able to choose their own user interface during installation. I think this is somewhat related to the topic, but I’ll open a tracker issue for it soon.

What I think you are asking is for an option to choose different desktop environments. If this were the case I would propose we rather have different disk image "spins" of different environments rather than it be in the installer, which comes bundled with a live environment.

Either way, that still would not be included in this issue and should be it's own separate proposal?
