I encountered an issue while running the software where the program gets killed midway through execution. I'm seeking assistance and would appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this problem.

I think it's due to the low memory configuration of my server that the process is being killed. I would like to know the minimum memory requirement for running this software on the entire human genome and if there is a way to limit the memory size to ensure the task runs smoothly.
