Don't save New Document if it doesn't change

If I launch parseq in a new tab and then navigate to Load a document, the automatically created document gets saved into my list. Ideally, the auto-save should only commence if I actually make some change to this document - not sure how hard/easy this is to fix, but it would certainly reduce the clutter in that list...
Another option would be to have some mechanism for deleting individual documents - at present I think I need to export the entire database, then import a cleaned version without those documents...
