I just updated the environment files with better specification of dependencies, to avoid the issue discovered in #72 when we run our workshop tutorials.
I want to make sure these updates are in the branch that we are using to test the new
setup.pyfunctionality.Unfortunately, it looks like I might need to deal with some merge conflicts.
