RPi Zero, no sound card and MPD page

Thanks for your efforts to make the scenario in the title possible, I think we are nearly there. Whilst the latest changes in update 20201230 make the setup a lot clearer, because there is no Audio Output device available the rest of the MPD page is now blank. I think you need to think about moving some of the options normally available when a sound card is present elsewhere. For example, under the current MPD Options settings, Auto Update and FFMpeg options are still valid even if no sound card is installed. Similarly the MPD Configuration and Status items are useful debugging features. I am not user the other options would apply and could be left on the MPD page.

After updating to 20201231 the Audio Output section on the MPD page has been removed but the rest of the options on that page are still available. This seems a reasonable fix to me.
