- switch back-end to use JSON instead of str - implement name_length_pairs and sorted_sequences attrs - don't digest sorted_name_length_pairs anymore - some cleanup on pyfaidx use case - improve some SeqCol object representations
- restructure RefGetClient - simplify code - better integrate gtars digest calc - fix a bug in page counting - make RefGetClient work with all seqcol API funcs - improve unit tests
