RFE: make description of a release configurable #149

Currently one cannot set description and it is automatically created see: https://github.com/red-hat-storage/errata-tool/blob/master/errata_tool/release.py#L93

I'd like to have description as an optional option.

Btw. is that documention available online anywhere?
