Link / Locator from tap

Hi!
Thanks for a great framework!

I'm trying to work out how to get a link or a locator from a tap on the page. I realise that it's not built-in functionality, but I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

The use case is for the user to be able to tap anywhere on the page and have the TTS start from that location.

Yes it's not supported but would be a super useful feature to have.

This could be done by reusing this JavaScript bit, but providing the DOM element returned by elementFromPoint().
