Since the datalogic server was taken down, no surprise the link doesn't work. We need to re-establish the CI builds. EDRLab said they would try, but their plate is very full and it may not happen until Readium-2

This is a problem we are facing at the moment. We'll setup a CI solution before any large code refactoring aiming at Readium-2, but have no time for it in the short term. I'm really sorry for that.
