Issue from accessories/penta-sata-hat/sata-hat-top-board

I am trying to get the Sata Hat Top Board to work with no luck...
I am a total newbie and follow the description to the letter...

After i have entered the commands:

sudo apt update
sudo apt install wget
wget https://github.com/radxa/rockpi-penta/releases/download/v0.2.2/rockpi-penta-0.2.2.deb
sudo apt install -y ./rockpi-penta-0.2.2.deb

i get this result:

Cannot write to ‘rockpi-penta-0.2.2.deb’ (Permission denied).
Reading package lists... Done
E: Unsupported file ./rockpi-penta-0.2.2.deb given on commandline

I am sorry to say, but i have not a clue to what to do next. Any help will be appreciated!
