We only support Debian Desktop image. Can you give that a try?

https://github.com/radxa-build/rock-5a/releases/tag/b18
The above link lists 4 version available from official channels
https://github.com/radxa-build/rock-5a/releases/download/b18/rock-5a_ubuntu_jammy_cli_b18.img.xz

You post both on github. The official page is not readable in English: https://docs.radxa.com/en/rock5/official-images

It was clearly written on the GitHub release page that Ubuntu is provided AS-IS. Plus we build multiple variants at a single run so users don't have to build images themselves if they want to try creating their own custom systems, but that does not mean every variant is supported.

I see the official product page contains the wrong link (I'll ask people to fix it), but there it still lists Debian. The correct download page in our documentation is here which also lists Debian only.

Anyway the current status is that Ubuntu is not supported at all, since we got too many support issues when we publish it AS-IS and people are expecting it to be a full functional release. So we won't build any more Ubuntu images to avoid the confusion.
