Kubernetes Client 6.10.0 was just released: https://github.com/fabric8io/kubernetes-client/releases/tag/v6.10.0

Depending on the CI output, I might need to deal with #38098 in the scope of this pull request.

I'm waiting on @metacosm downstream checks to see if further work is necessary in scope of #38098. I did some changes upstream before the release that might have helped with this issue, but need confirmation.

Otherwise, we might need to add some GraalVM substitutions.
