+- New Steering Committee member. Laura and Martin presented the mission and
+scope of the hybrid computing projects at the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre.
+- New workstream. Alice & Bob is starting a new workstream aimed at improving
+the adoption of QIR by hardware companies.

+- The Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ) voted as the new Steering Committee
+member (Motion passed with five votes and quorum).
